Plopsaland de Panne

Studio 100 amusement park

Plopsaland is a Studio 100 theme park in De Panne. The Kusttram (coastal tram) stops at its entrance. The theme park has been named after the Plop the Gnome and Samson en Gert children's programmes created by Studio 100.

The park mainly features family-oriented amusements, including Plop's Woods darkride, Plop's Garden, The Dragon, The Tree-trunks, SuperSplash and the Kermesse of Samson en Gert and various other fairground attractions. These have mostly been fitted out in the style of the Studio 100 programmes. The park presents performances by the child heroes Samson and Gert and Plop the Gnome. Other amusements include a train, a Starflyer, a children's farm and a pirate ship.
